Information We Collect  Our Business Central extensions operate within your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your business data outside of your Business Central tenant. All data processed by our extensions remains within your own Business Central environment and is subject to Microsoft's data handling policies.  We may collect the following limited information:  Contact Information: When you contact us for support or inquiries, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and company name.  Telemetry Data: Our extensions may send anonymized telemetry data to Azure Application Insights for the purpose of monitoring extension health, diagnosing errors, and improving product quality. This telemetry does not include any personally identifiable information or business data.  2. How We Use Information  We use the information we collect to provide and maintain our extensions, respond to support requests and inquiries, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and improve the functionality and performance of our products.  3. Data Storage and Security  All business data processed by our extensions is stored within your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. We do not maintain separate databases of customer business data. Any contact information provided for support purposes is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.  4. Third-Party Services  Our extensions operate within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform and are subject to Microsoft's privacy policies and terms of service. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.  5. Data Retention  We retain contact and support information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill our business obligations. Telemetry data is retained in accordance with our Azure Application Insights configuration and is automatically purged after the retention period expires.  6.
